Indian Olympic Association Unveils Official Kit
Earlier, on Tuesday, the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) unveiled the official ceremony dress and playing kit for the Indian contingent. Anurag Singh Thakur, who was present at the ceremony, expressed his pride in the uniform and stated that it represents India’s self-reliance and showcases the country’s diverse heritage and design leadership. He urged the country to support the athletes and cheer for them.
Rituraj Gaikwad to Lead Team India
Rituraj Gaikwad has been appointed as the captain of the young Indian cricket team for the Asian Games. The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) opener recently attended a practice session in Pune to prepare for the event. This will be the first time that the Indian cricket team participates in the Asian Games.
