Sonakshi Sinha purchases Rs 11 crore apartment in Bandra
Sonakshi Sinha has purchased an apartment in Bandra worth Rs 14 crore in 2020.
Actor Sonakshi Sinha bought a Rs 11 crore apartment in a posh high-rise building in Bandra.
According to the documents assessment via Zapkey, which aggregates publicly available information, Sinha has purchased a sprawling flat, spread over a carpet area of 2208.77 square feet, on the 26th floor of 81 Aureate at Bandra Reclamation.
The property comes with an additional 348 square feet of niche, lobby and AHU (Air Handling Unit). Besides, four car parking facilities are also provided to the buyer by seller Pyramid Developers. The registration of the property took place in August 2023.
For this luxurious property, Sinha paid Rs 55 lakh stamp duty fees along with Rs 30,000 registration fees to the state exchequer. A one percent concession on stamp duty fees was also given to the buyer.
Prior to this, Sinha had bought her first house in 2020 for Rs 14 crore in Bandra.
