Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha got engaged on May 14. They had an intimate roka ceremony in Delhi, which was attended by their family and close friends. The couple is reportedly set to tie the knot on September 24, however, the actor has always remained silent on her wedding date. Multiple reports suggested that the couple is going to have a week-long wedding in Udaipur.
Wedding Festivities Kickstart with Ardaas
In recent news, the couple’s wedding festivities have already started with an ardaas, that reportedly took place in New Delhi yesterday.

The couple were also spotted at the airport recently, twinning in blue.
Intimate Gatherings and Grand Wedding Planned
According to reports, the festivities have kickstarted in Delhi on September 17 with ardaas and shabad kirtan, followed by some intimate gatherings for close family members, after which the entire family, along with the bride and groom, will travel to Udaipur for the grand wedding.
Attention to Detail Despite Busy Schedule
It is being said that Parineeti is paying attention to every detail of her wedding and planning it extensively despite keeping busy with work. The wedding festivities and celebrations will take place at The Leela Palace, Udaipur. Only close friends and family will be staying there. It’s going to be a big fat Punjabi wedding and the celebrations will go on till September 24.
Guest Activities and Strict Security
The couple has also planned some tourist activities for their guests during this period, and the security is also going to be strict. A few days ago, Parineeti and Raghav were spotted at Delhi airport after returning from Udaipur after a recce.
Blessings at Mahakaleshwar Temple
Meanwhile, ahead of their wedding, Parineeti and Raghav were seen seeking blessings at Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain during the auspicious month of Shravan. Parineeti opted for a simple benarasi saree while Raghav was seen in a dhoti during this temple visit. They were at their traditional best.
Manish Malhotra Bride
As far as Parineeti’s wedding look is concerned, one can expect her to be a Manish Malhotra bride as she also wore an outfit by him for the roka ceremony. She’s often seen visiting Manish’s house ever since the rumours of her engagement began. So, it won’t be a surprise if she chooses to wear MM’s bridal lehenga.
