During an interview with ETimes TV, Manisha opened up about her bond with Abhishek and had said, “Abhishek and my bond is very pure. Sometimes, some bonds are such that you can’t put a label or tag on. People become girlfriend-boyfriend and then they fall apart but friendship is a bond that stays forever. Our bond has no labels; it’s above a ‘romantic’ relationship. My bond with Abhishek is pure and I never felt anything more than friendship for him, I won’t lie. Woh aisi dosti hai joh pyaar se bhi upar hai. We have taken such good care of each other when we were in the Bigg Boss house, he would fight for me. Even after coming out, he keeps asking if everything is fine with me, I keep checking on him.”
Support during Health Crisis
After the show ended, when Abhishek Malhan was admitted to the hospital due to dengue, Manisha was the first person to visit him. She had even shared videos and photos from their meeting.
